How You’ll Make an Impact

• Execute projects to contract scope, schedule, and conditions; review sales contracts and understand terms, margin risks, performance risks, and other risk factors.
• Plan, monitor, and control scope, time, cost, handover, and project activities; develop schedules with stakeholders and maintain project master document lists.
• Process activities in SAP and maintain project documentation to ISO and internal process requirements.
• Coordinate drawing and document approvals with engineering and customers and resolve project queries and issues.
• Serve as the customer’s single point of contact and escalation point; meet contractual commitments, support customer satisfaction, and submit progress reports.
• Monitor and document customer change requests and seek approval for time extensions and additional costs.
• Identify project risks and prepare a project-specific risk and opportunity plan with mitigation actions.
• Coordinate factory acceptance tests, dispatch clearances, invoicing, goods dispatch, site installation and commissioning, payment collection, as-built drawings, acceptance certificates, project closure, and service handover.
• Report progress to internal stakeholders and management; follow project processes and applicable regulations and guidelines.
• Uphold safety and integrity, take responsibility for personal actions, and care for colleagues and the business.

Your Background

• A bachelor’s degree or diploma in electrical engineering is preferred.
• 7–12 years of relevant experience executing GIS, substation, or similar projects involving design, supply, and installation of high-voltage equipment.
• Experience with Saudi Arabia and Middle East customers is preferred.
• Strong leadership skills and the ability to convince stakeholders in the project’s interest.
• Ability to deliver projects to time, cost, and quality requirements under pressure.
• Knowledge of SAP or another ERP system.
• Proficiency in spoken and written English is required.
