Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end delivery of financial projects, particularly in credit, collections, and recovery.
- Design and implement processes and procedures to improve collection and recovery performance.
- Define project scope, timelines, and deliverables in collaboration with finance and business teams.
- Develop detailed project plans, resource allocation, and execution strategies.
- Work closely with project delivery teams, customers, and internal finance stakeholders.
- Monitor project progress, risks, and performance metrics related to collections and recovery.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal governance policies.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives in credit and collections processes.
- Manage vendors and third-party stakeholders where required.
- Conduct post-project reviews and implement learnings.
