Project Manager - Buildings/High-rise - Consultancy
About This Role
Seeking a Project Manager to join our Abu Dhabi office of an international architectural and engineering consultancy. The successful candidate will lead the design and delivery of a range of building projects including schools, commercial developments, hotels etc
Duties
- Lead the design and delivery of major building developments from concept to completion
- Coordinate multidisciplinary teams across architecture, engineering, and specialist disciplines
- Manage project timelines, budgets, quality standards, and client expectations
- Develop innovative design solutions aligned with international best practice
- Represent the consultancy in client meetings, approvals, and technical discussions
- Ensure compliance with local regulations and global design standards
Applicants should meet the following criteria
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture or Civil Engineering
- 12+ years’ experience with exposure to large-scale building developments in the UAE. High-rise experience an advantage.
- Strong project management capabilities, with proven delivery experience
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to lead design teams in a fast-paced, multicultural environment
- Proficiency in industry-standard design tools (Revit/BIM preferred)
- Should be based in the UAE
