Project delivery and coordination
- Lead construction projects from initiation to handover; define scope, timelines, budgets, and deliverables.
- Prepare project plans with milestones, allocate resources, and monitor schedules and progress.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and subcontractors; maintain clear communication and stakeholder relationships.
- Oversee daily site operations, productivity, and site teams; lead and mentor team members.
- Ensure compliance with local building codes, safety regulations, and quality standards through inspections and audits.
- Identify risks, delays, and issues; implement mitigation and corrective actions.
- Manage procurement, vendor negotiations, and contract administration; support cost-effective and timely delivery.
- Provide project updates, financial reports, and risk assessments; develop and monitor budgets.
Qualifications and requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- At least 10 years of construction project management experience, including at least 7–8 years in the UAE construction industry.
- Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, safety regulations, and contract management.
- Proficiency in Primavera P6, MS Project, Procore, or similar project management tools.
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills; excellent financial management, budgeting, and negotiation abilities.
Salary
- Salary range: AED 12,000–14,000 per month.
