Project Manager – Construction in the Technical Department, reporting to Directors.

Project delivery and site management
- Plan, execute, and deliver construction projects from initiation to completion and handover, meeting schedule, budget, quality, and safety requirements.
- Define scope, timelines, budgets, deliverables, milestones, and detailed project plans.
- Allocate manpower, materials, equipment, and internal or external resources efficiently.
- Monitor schedules and progress, control scope and budget, and report project status.
- Oversee daily site operations, productivity, and site teams; lead and mentor team members.
- Coordinate clients, consultants, contractors, and subcontractors and maintain clear stakeholder communication.
Controls, procurement, and reporting
- Ensure compliance with local building codes, safety regulations, and quality standards; conduct regular inspections and audits.
- Identify risks, delays, and issues proactively and implement mitigation and corrective actions.
- Manage procurement, vendor negotiations, and contract administration; ensure cost-effective, timely materials and services.
- Develop and monitor budgets; provide project updates, financial reports, and risk assessments.
Qualifications and experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- At least 10 years of construction project-management experience and 7–8 years of UAE construction industry experience.
- Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, safety regulations, and contract management.
- Proficiency in Primavera P6, MS Project, Procore, or similar project-management tools.
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, decision-making, financial management, budgeting, and negotiation abilities.
