Role overview

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
• Valid Abu Dhabi Municipality registration/license is mandatory.
• Relevant construction-project experience is listed as 4–5 years and, separately, a minimum of 5 years.
• Experience obtaining Abu Dhabi authority approvals and submitting documents through Abu Dhabi Government portals.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and other engineering software.
• Knowledge of UAE building codes, safety standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Familiarity with MS Project, Primavera, or similar project-management tools.
• Ability to interpret structural drawings and blueprints.
• Willingness to work on site, walk on uneven ground, and climb ladders or scaffolding when needed.
• Immediate joiners are preferred.

Engineering and project delivery

• Prepare structural and infrastructure designs and calculate loads, materials, and structural integrity.
• Conduct site assessments and provide technical recommendations.
• Plan and execute projects in line with specifications, schedules, and budgets.
• Develop schedules, resource-allocation plans, and construction timelines.
• Coordinate daily site activities and monitor labor, materials, and equipment.

Site, approvals, and reporting

• Inspect sites and ensure compliance with quality, health, safety, and environmental requirements.
• Implement quality-control procedures and verify work against standards and specifications.
• Coordinate technical issues with clients, consultants, contractors, and subcontractors.
• Coordinate material and equipment availability with procurement teams.
• Secure Abu Dhabi authority approvals and manage submissions through relevant portals.
• Assist with cost estimates, track expenditures, maintain progress and compliance records, and report to stakeholders.

Compensation

• AED 6,000–8,000 per month.

Workplace

• Work location is in person in Abu Dhabi.
• Work may involve uneven terrain and climbing ladders or scaffolding.
