Qualifications and experience
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
- Valid Abu Dhabi Municipality registration/license is mandatory.
- The description gives both 4–5 years of relevant construction-project experience and a minimum of 5 years as a Civil Engineer.
- Experience obtaining Abu Dhabi authority approvals and submitting documents through Abu Dhabi Government portals.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and other engineering software.
- Knowledge of UAE building codes, safety standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Familiarity with project management tools such as MS Project and Primavera.
- Ability to interpret structural drawings and blueprints.
- Willingness and physical ability to work onsite, walk on uneven terrain, and climb ladders or scaffolding as required.
Engineering and project delivery
- Prepare structural and infrastructure designs, perform engineering calculations, and conduct site assessments with technical recommendations.
- Plan and execute projects to specifications, schedules, and budgets; develop schedules, resource plans, and construction timelines.
- Coordinate daily site activities and monitor labor, materials, and equipment utilization.
- Inspect sites and ensure quality, health, safety, and environmental compliance; implement quality control and verify completed work against standards.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, subcontractors, and procurement teams to resolve technical issues and secure timely materials.
- Obtain authority approvals and manage portal submissions; assist with cost estimates, monitor expenditures, maintain project and compliance documentation, and report progress.

- Monthly pay is AED 6,000–8,000.
