Project Manager

This is a key role within the organization ensures successful project execution within scope, schedule, and budget, while complying with all contractual, quality, HSE, and regulatory standards.

The position requires strong leadership across engineering, procurement, and construction teams and continuous alignment with client and stakeholder expectations.

Manage end-to-end EPC project execution from planning, engineering, procurement, construction, commissioning, and close-out.

2.

Ensure projects are delivered within approved scope, schedule, budget, quality, contractual, and HSE requirements.

3.

Lead multidisciplinary teams across piping, mechanical, electrical, instrumentation, civil, automation, procurement, and site functions.

4.

Monitor project performance through schedules, budgets, KPIs, progress reports, forecasts, and management updates.

5.

Manage project risks, delays, constraints, change orders, claims, disputes, and scope variations proactively.

6.

Coordinate with clients, consultants, regulatory authorities, vendors, OEMs, subcontractors, and third-party stakeholders.

7.

Support preconstruction, estimating, proposal development, opportunity assessment, and business growth initiatives.

8.

Mentor junior project managers, project engineers, and team members while promoting teamwork and continuous improvement.

1.

Bachelor’s degree in engineering or an equivalent professional qualification.

2. 12–15 years of experience in Oil & Gas brownfield and greenfield facilities.

3.

Proven experience working with EPC contractors on large-scale industrial or energy projects.

4.

Strong knowledge of EPC project delivery methods, project controls, and execution methodologies.

5.

Expertise in cost control, scheduling, risk management, quality systems, and change management.

6.

Strong understanding of contract administration, stakeholder management, claims, and commercial project controls.

7.

Solid knowledge of international safety standards, regulatory compliance, HSE requirements, and quality procedures.

8.

PMP or equivalent project management certification is an advantage.
