- Perform inspections of civil activities including foundations, concrete structures, structural steel, and earthworks.
- Verify compliance of materials such as concrete, steel, and aggregates with approved specifications and ADNOC standards.
- Supervise and witness testing activities including concrete cube tests, soil compaction tests, and material testing.
- Ensure proper installation and inspection of reinforcement, formwork, and embedded items prior to concrete pouring.
- Review and validate laboratory test results in accordance with ASTM, ACI, BS, and ISO standards.
- Prepare and maintain QA/QC documentation including inspection reports, checklists, and Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs).
- Monitor corrective and preventive actions to close NCRs and ensure continuous quality improvement.
- Coordinate with EPC contractors, consultants, and ADNOC QA/QC teams for inspection approvals and quality compliance.
- Ensure integration and interface of civil works with mechanical, electrical, and process systems.
- Oversee foundation works including pile foundations, raft/mat foundations, and heavy equipment foundations.
- Monitor structural elements such as pipe racks, tank foundations, and control buildings for compliance and integrity.
- Supervise infrastructure works including roads, drainage systems, culverts, and underground utilities.
- Ensure adherence to ADNOC HSE requirements and UAE regulatory standards during all inspection and testing activities.
