Overview

Reporting to the Chief Operating Executive Officer, the Human Resources Director, is responsible to plan, direct and coordinate the administration of the Human Capital functions of Euro Mechanical.

They oversee specialists in their duties; consult with Executives on strategic planning, and link Euro Mechanical’s leadership with the employees.

The role includes handling employee relations, payroll, benefits, recruitment and training.

Ultimately building out the workforce required to drive Euro Mechanical forward.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the company’s overall business objectives.
  • Partner with senior leadership to support organizational growth, workforce planning, and talent strategy.
  • Lead and manage HR policies, procedures, systems, and governance across the organization.
  • Manage employee relations matters, including grievances, disciplinary issues, conflict resolution, and investigations.
  • Oversee recruitment, talent acquisition, manpower planning, and retention initiatives.
  • Lead learning and development strategies to address capability gaps and support employee growth.
  • Drive employee engagement initiatives to improve morale, productivity, and retention.
  • Oversee performance management and appraisal processes to support a high-performance culture.
  • Manage compensation, benefits, payroll-related processes, and HR budget planning.
  • Ensure compliance with UAE Labour Law and applicable HR regulations.
  • Lead, coach, and develop the HR team to ensure effective HR service delivery.
  • Manage HR-related communication, organizational changes, and stakeholder coordination across the business.

Qualification

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
  • Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in Human Resources.
  • Previous experience in a senior HR role, preferably as HR Manager or HR Director.
  • Strong knowledge of UAE Labour Law and HR best practices.
  • Experience working in a large organization or manpower-intensive environment.
  • Experience using HR ERP systems; Microsoft Dynamics 365 knowledge is an advantage.
  • CIPD or SHRM certification is preferred; Arabic language skills are an added advantage.
