The Role
- Looking for a
Hands-On It Project Manager
- who enjoys working in complex, high-impact environments.
- You will lead
- multi-million dollar AI and enterprise IT projects
- , working with international teams and senior stakeholders to drive delivery from concept to execution.
- This role is ideal for someone who combines
- strong structure (PMI/PMP)
- with the ability to navigate ambiguity in fast-moving, innovation-driven projects.
Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end delivery of large-scale IT and AI projects (planning → execution → delivery)
- Lead cross-functional teams across engineering, architecture, and external partners (often globally distributed)
- Act as the
- key interface between business and technology stakeholders
- Manage risks, dependencies, and timelines to ensure successful delivery
- Ensure best practices across PMI, ITIL, and quality frameworks (e.g. CMMI)
- Oversee technical coordination across systems, applications, and infrastructure
- Contribute to commercial aspects including project performance and change requests
Requirements
- 8–10+ years in IT Project Management within complex / enterprise environments
- Proven experience delivering
- mid-to-large scale projects (ideally $2M+)
- Strong grounding in
Pmp And Pmi Methodologies
- (PMP certification highly preferred)
- Solid understanding of software development, systems, and infrastructure
- Exposure to
- AI / data / advanced technology environments
- is a big plus
- Strong stakeholder management — comfortable engaging senior clients
- Familiar with ITIL / service delivery frameworks
- Fluent Chinese required (Arabic is a plus, not mandatory)
