Business Development Manager – Data Center & Critical Infrastructure

highly driven Business Development Manage

r to lead its expansion into the rapidly growing

data center sector.

This is a strategic, high-impact role focused on identifying, developing, and converting opportunities within cooling, water management, and mission-critical systems supporting data centre operations.

You will play a key role in establishing the business as a trusted partner within the data centre ecosystem, working closely with developers, operators, consultants, and contractors across the region.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a structured market entry and growth strategy for the data center segment
  • Identify and qualify projects where infrastructure and mechanical solutions can be specified
  • Analyze cooling systems (HVAC, liquid cooling, chilled water) to identify application opportunities
  • Build and maintain a robust pipeline across design, construction, and operational phases
  • Drive early-stage specification positioning within project designs
  • Establish and grow relationships w
  • ith: Data centre developers & operators, Engineering consultants, Contractors & key project stakeholders
  • Collaborate with technical teams to deliver tailored solutions to complex infrastructure challenges
  • Support technical presentations, proposals, and bid submissions
  • Maintain a high level of client engagement (significant regional travel required)

Ideal Profile

  • **5+ years’ e**
  • xperience in technical sales / business development
  • within: Mechanical systems, HVAC, Infrastructure or industrial
  • solutions
  • Proven track record of developing new markets or segments
  • Experience engaging with consultants, contractors, and end users
  • Strong ability to combine technical understanding with commercial execution
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Fluency in English required;
  • Arabic is an advantage
