Civil Supervisor role for civil construction activities in Dukhan, Qatar.
Assignment duration is 4 months and may be extended.
Responsibilities
- Supervise daily civil construction work against approved drawings and project specifications.
- Monitor progress, manpower, materials, and equipment for timely execution.
- Coordinate with engineers, contractors, subcontractors, and site personnel.
- Ensure compliance with QatarEnergy standards, quality requirements, HSE procedures, and site safety rules.
- Conduct site inspections and coordinate quality checks.
- Identify site issues, monitor corrective actions, and report progress to project management.
- Ensure adherence to permit-to-work procedures.
Requirements
- Diploma or degree in Civil Engineering.
- At least 7 years of oil and gas experience.
- Valid Qatar Energy (QE) approval is mandatory.
- Valid Dukhan e-PTW certification is mandatory.
- Strong civil construction, site supervision, and quality control experience.
- Good coordination, communication, and reporting skills.
- Candidates based in Qatar and available for local employment are preferred.

- The role is based in Dukhan, Qatar, and is in person.
