Qualifications and experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
- At least 10 years of relevant experience, including experience as a Project Manager.
- Practical UAE potable water pipeline experience and competency from ADDC, AADC, or Transco are required.
- Strong experience managing water pipeline and network projects from mobilization through completion.
- Excellent knowledge of project planning, execution, cost control, and resource management.
- Experience coordinating with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and authorities.
- Strong knowledge of project specifications, contracts, quality requirements, and HSE procedures.
- Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.
- A UAE driving license is required.

- Manage pipeline and network projects from mobilization through completion.
- Oversee project planning, execution, cost control, and resource management.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and authorities.
- Ensure project specifications, contracts, quality requirements, and HSE procedures are managed.
