- At least 5 years of practical experience as a Foreman and proven UAE experience on water transmission and distribution network projects.
- Hands-on experience in pipeline installation, excavation, bedding, laying, jointing, testing, backfilling, and related work.
- Ability to read and understand drawings and site instructions.
- Experience supervising laborers, operators, and site crews, and coordinating daily work with engineers and site management.
- Knowledge of site safety requirements and proper work procedures; good communication and team-management skills.
