Role overview
Experienced Dewatering Foreman sought for infrastructure projects in the UAE.
Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate site dewatering activities.
- Install, operate, monitor, and maintain Well Point and Deep Well systems.
- Ensure pump operation, pipeline installation, and system performance.
- Coordinate with project engineers, site supervisors, and subcontractors.
- Monitor groundwater levels and system efficiency.
- Enforce safety standards and project quality requirements.
- Troubleshoot dewatering system issues.
- Report daily on site activities and equipment performance.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of GCC dewatering experience; UAE experience is highly preferred.
- Hands-on experience with both Well Point and Deep Well systems.
- Knowledge of equipment, pumps, headers, discharge pipelines, and groundwater control.
- Ability to read construction drawings and coordinate site activities.
- Leadership and team management skills.
- A valid UAE driving license is an advantage.
