Work must follow approved drawings, specifications, timelines, and quality standards.
Responsibilities
- Assist with planning, scheduling, and executing landscape projects; review drawings, BOQs, and project specifications.
- Coordinate consultants, contractors, suppliers, and internal project teams.
- Supervise softscape, hardscape, irrigation, soil preparation, and planting activities on site.
- Ensure timely, within-budget, high-quality delivery; track progress and prepare daily or weekly reports.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies.
- Identify material requirements and coordinate deliveries with procurement.
- Conduct site inspections and quality checks; resolve technical issues and propose on-site solutions.
- Assist with as-built drawings and project documentation.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Landscape Architecture, or a related field.
- Two years of experience in landscape or construction projects.
- Strong understanding of softscape and hardscape works; ability to read technical drawings and site layouts.
- Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and AutoCAD; project management tools are a plus.
- Irrigation systems and horticulture knowledge is an advantage.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple sites.
Work setting
- The role supervises landscape construction activities on site and may involve managing multiple sites in Dubai.
