Role Overview
The Project Engineer coordinates project engineering activities with the Project Engineering Manager and helps ensure assigned work meets deadlines and budget requirements.

Project Team Responsibilities
- Supervise specific multidisciplinary activities and critical engineering cycles against the contract budget and project execution timing.
- Report activity status, planning, and critical issues to the Project Engineering Manager.
- Support project coordination and engineering execution procedures.
- Ensure multidisciplinary project documents meet contract requirements, budget constraints, and project deadlines.
- Support basic technical choices by identifying appropriate technical, economic, and schedule solutions.
Department Responsibilities
- Support the Project Engineering Manager and Head of Department in updating and applying department and company standards, procedures, and operating instructions.
- Exchange experience with project engineering colleagues across group companies.
- Promote professional growth through knowledge sharing and training courses when required.
- Stay current with developments and progress in the project engineering department.
Knowledge and Qualifications
- A bachelor's or master's degree in engineering is mandatory.
- At least 10 years of relevant experience in EPC projects within the oil, gas, and petrochemical industry.
- Strong understanding of engineering principles, project management methodologies, and technical documentation.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team environment.
