Role overview

Key responsibilities

• Oversee project development from initiation through completion.
• Develop project scope, objectives, and deliverables with clients and stakeholders.
• Manage budgets, schedules, and resource allocation.
• Lead cross-functional teams and resolve issues.
• Communicate with internal and external stakeholders to maintain alignment and expectations.
• Monitor performance and report project status and progress.
• Manage risks to mitigate project delays and budget overruns.
• Promote safety, quality, and continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field; a Master’s degree is preferred.
• At least 18 years of project-management experience focused on large-scale construction projects.
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools.
• Ability to manage multiple projects while maintaining attention to detail.
• Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Knowledge of relevant industry regulations and compliance standards.
• Experience in the Saudi Arabian market is an advantage.
