ALHABIB BEDDING is pleased to announce a job vacancy for the position of
Project Coordinator – Retail / Bedding & Bedroom Furniture
We are seeking a qualified and organized candidate to join our team as a Project Coordinator, responsible for coordinating and following up on operational and development projects, supporting expansion plans, and improving project execution efficiency across the company.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate and follow up on company projects from planning to completion.
Coordinate with internal departments and relevant external parties.
Monitor project progress and ensure alignment with approved plans and timelines.
Prepare periodic reports on project status and completion progress.
Follow up on challenges and obstacles, and escalate them with appropriate recommendations.
Support the execution of expansion and development projects.
Ensure essential project requirements are completed before launch or closure.
Document project stages and follow up on tasks with relevant stakeholders.
Requirements:
2 to 4 years of experience in project coordination, preferably within the retail, bedding, or bedroom furniture sector.
Good understanding of showroom and branch operations.
Strong organizational, follow-up, and communication skills.
Ability to coordinate with multiple internal and external stakeholders.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project tracking/reporting tools.
Willingness to conduct field visits when required.
Accuracy, initiative, and the ability to follow up on tasks until completion.
Preferred Qualifications:
Previous experience in branch opening or development projects.
Background in coordinating fixtures, displays, or supplier management.
- Knowledge of the bedding, bedroom furniture, or home products sector.
