Role Overview :
We are looking for a detail-oriented Project Coordinator to support the successful execution of projects in Riyadh. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in project coordination or management within the banking or financial sector, ensuring projects run smoothly, on time, and within budget.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist project managers in planning, executing, and monitoring projects.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams including IT, Finance, Operations, and Compliance.
- Track project progress, maintain schedules, and report on key milestones and deliverables.
- Document project activities, prepare meeting minutes, and maintain comprehensive project files.
- Support risk management and issue resolution throughout the project lifecycle.
- Ensure adherence to internal policies and relevant banking regulations.
- Facilitate communication between project stakeholders and team members.
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives to enhance project efficiency.
Required Profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Finance, or related field.
- 2+ years of experience in project coordination or management, preferably in banking.
- Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency with project management tools (MS Project, JIRA, Asana, etc.).
