Job Description: Project Coordinator Job Type: Full-time
About The Role The Project Coordinator supports the Project Manager in executing operational and administrative processes, ensuring that the workflow aligns with approved plans. The scope of work includes coordinating between teams and partners, preparing operational documentation, tracking deliverables, and contributing to the execution of events and workshops. Furthermore, the coordinator assists the team with specialized tasks according to the project’s role distribution. Working within a multi-tasking team, the coordinator ensures the delivery of high-quality outputs and the efficient, professional achievement of project objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Daily coordination of project work and follow-up of tasks
- Preparing operational work plans in cooperation with the project manager
- Participate in meetings, document minutes, and follow up on procedures
- Submit periodic reports and ensure the accuracy of information
- Monitoring risks and challenges and proposing solutions
- Ensuring the quality of outputs and adherence to operational standards
- Dealing with stakeholders professionally
- Support team members with multiple tasks
- Organizing and participating in project-specific events in various regions of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
Required Qualifications
- Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related .
- At least one year of experience in customer service, secretarial work, or any related field.
