We are seeking a highly organized and motivated Project Coordinator with 3+ years of experience to support project coordination within our Advisory Business in Riyadh. This role is essential to ensuring seamless communication among stakeholders, maintaining accurate project documentation, and supporting the delivery of high‑quality outcomes on time and within budget.

• Support project managers and senior leadership in coordinating day-to-day project activities.

• Track project progress, update schedules, and follow up on deliverables and milestones.

• Prepare and maintain comprehensive project documentation, reports, and correspondence.

• Schedule and coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, take minutes, and follow up on action items.

• Use project management tools and software to track deliverables, issues, and timelines.

• Assist in quality control and assurance documentation in accordance with project requirements.

• Provide administrative and logistical support for project team activities on-site and off-site.

• Saudi National (mandatory)

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, or a related field.

• Minimum 3 years of experience

• Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and project management tools (e.g., Primavera P6, MS Project, Aconex, etc.).

• Strong communication skills in Arabic and English (written and spoken). Good understanding of project documentation, reporting, and administrative processes.
