Overview
ABANA Enterprises Group Co. is looking for a motivated Project Coordinator to support the successful delivery of various projects.
The candidate will facilitate communication between project teams, track project progress, and help manage documentation to ensure projects are completed on time and within scope.
Responsibilities
- Contribute to the definition of project scope and objectives
- Organize and manage project schedules, resources, equipment, and information
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the timely completion of assigned tasks
- Monitor project progress and address any issues that may arise
- Prepare and maintain current project documentation and tracking records
- Evaluate project performance utilizing reporting tools and escalate risks as necessary
- Follow up with internal and external stakeholders to resolve outstanding actions
- Provide administrative and coordination support to the project team as required
- Facilitate compliance with established project procedures and documentation standards
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, or related field
- Experience in project coordination or project support roles is preferred
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team setting and manage multiple tasks
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools and project management software
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
