Overview
Coordinate daily activities between site execution, planning & QA/QC teams
Assist in preparing project reports, schedules, material status & manpower logs
Maintain documentation MOM, WIR, MIR, NCR, DPR, ITP tracking etc.
Monitor progress vs. baseline and highlight delays & bottlenecks
Track mobilization of manpower, equipment and subcontractor activities
Ensure effective communication with clients, consultants & subcontractors
Support site engineering team during shutdowns, commissioning & handover
Maintain HSE and PTW documentation compliance
Bachelor s Degree (Engineering preferred)
2 6 years of Oil & Gas project coordination experience
Knowledge of P6 / SAP / MS Project / Excel & ERP systems preferred
