Project Coordination
- Assist in developing project budgets, schedules, scope statements and project plans.
- Coordinate project-resource allocation to ensure the team has resources when needed.
- Help Project Managers monitor progress and team performance and provide stakeholder updates.
- Schedule stakeholder meetings, document discussions and generate reports.
- Foster cross-team collaboration to complete project tasks and deliverables.
- Liaise with clients, consultants and contractors for project coordination.
Permits and Compliance
- Manage and coordinate work permit applications through relevant UAE authority portals.
- Handle submissions and approvals with authorities.
- Ensure fit-out projects comply with regulatory requirements.
- Oversee documentation from pre-mobilization to pre-opening.
- Maintain records of submissions, approvals and follow-ups with government bodies.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of UAE experience in fit-out projects.
- Experience handling work permits and project documentation.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple tasks.
