Position
Document Controller for interior fit-out work, located in Al Qusais, Dubai.
Project coordination
- Assist with project budgets, schedules, scope statements, and project plans.
- Coordinate resource allocation and help monitor project progress and team performance.
- Provide project updates to stakeholders; schedule meetings, document them, and generate reports.
- Foster cross-team collaboration to complete project tasks and deliverables.
Permits and document control
- Manage work permit applications through relevant UAE authority portals and handle authority submissions and approvals.
- Ensure fit-out project regulatory compliance and oversee documentation from pre-mobilization through pre-opening.
- Liaise with clients, consultants, and contractors; maintain records of government submissions, approvals, and follow-ups.
Requirements
- At least two years of UAE experience in fit-out projects.
- Experience handling work permits and project documentation.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple tasks.
Workplace and employment
- Full-time role with in-person work in Dubai.
