The employer is seeking an experienced Project Coordinator for its fit-out industry team in Dubai, UAE.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of relevant experience in fit-out or interior construction.
- Fluency in Arabic and English is required.
- Strong project coordination, planning, and organizational skills.
- Experience coordinating with clients, contractors, suppliers, and site teams.
- Ability to monitor project progress, schedules, and deadlines.
- Good communication and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of project documentation and reporting.
Key responsibilities
- Coordinate and monitor fit-out projects from commencement through completion.
- Liaise with clients, consultants, contractors, and suppliers.
- Follow up on project schedules, site progress, and deliverables.
- Prepare and maintain project reports and documentation.
- Ensure smooth communication between office and site teams.
- Assist in resolving project-related issues and delays.
Pay
- AED 2,100–8,100 per month.

- Work is in person.
