Mid-level accountant role focused on hands-on UAE compliance and cloud accounting.
The role is based in Dubai and specifies in-person work.
Key responsibilities
- Manage quarterly VAT filings and ensure accurate VAT accounting.
- Assist in preparing UAE Corporate Tax compliance documentation.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, including profit and loss, balance sheet, and cash flow.
- Maintain the general ledger and oversee accounts payable and receivable; perform bank reconciliations.
- Provide financial data and documents to internal and external auditors.
- Keep up to date with Federal Tax Authority regulations and support company compliance.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required; two years of accounting experience required.
- English required; Zoho Books knowledge required.
- Hands-on expertise in UAE compliance and cloud accounting.
- ACCA and CMA are preferred certifications.
Pay
- AED 3,500–5,000 per month.
Work location
- Dubai; work is in person.
