Role overview

Qualifications and requirements

• At least 4 years of proven fit-out and interior construction project experience is mandatory.
• Fluent written and spoken Arabic and English are mandatory.
• Strong commercial fit-out experience is sought, including work on offices, retail spaces, restaurants, hospitality, and interior renovations.
• Knowledge of construction project coordination, site operations, drawings, materials, and schedules is expected.
• Ability to coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, subcontractors, suppliers, and site teams is expected.
• Organizational, communication, reporting, and problem-solving skills are sought.
• UAE fit-out construction experience is highly preferred.
• MS Office proficiency is requested; AutoCAD knowledge is an advantage.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate daily fit-out project activities from planning through completion.
• Monitor schedules, site progress, deadlines, and deliverables.
• Liaise with clients, consultants, contractors, suppliers, and internal teams.
• Follow up on material procurement, deliveries, drawings, and approvals.
• Prepare progress reports, meeting minutes, and project documentation.
• Identify potential delays and coordinate corrective actions with project teams.
• Support inspections, snagging, and final handover.
