Job Summary
Coordinate day-to-day project activities and administrative functions across SPARX-related initiatives, ensuring projects are delivered in accordance with approved governance frameworks, timelines, and organizational standards.
Act as the central point of coordination between project managers, stakeholders, and the EA team to facilitate planning, reporting, and effective communication.
Key Roles & Responsibilities
- Coordinate day-to-day project activities and administrative functions across SPARX related initiatives.
- Support project planning, scheduling, and execution activities in coordination with project managers and stakeholders.
- Track project milestones, timelines, deliverables, dependencies, and action items.
- Monitor project progress and escalate delays, risks, or issues to management.
- Ensure projects are aligned with approved governance frameworks, procedures, and organizational standards.
- Coordinate meetings, workshops, steering committee sessions, and project review discussions.
- Prepare meeting agendas, minutes of meetings (MoM), and follow-up trackers.
- Maintain centralized project documentation and ensure version control.
- Maintain Jira tickets and support program reporting for assigned workstreams.
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to facilitate timely communication and resolution of action items.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Information Systems, or a related field.
- PMP, CAPM, or PRINCE2 Foundation certification is an advantage.
- Proficiency in project management tools (Jira, MS Project, or equivalent).
- Familiarity with SPARX Enterprise Architect or enterprise architecture environments is preferred.
- Strong organizational, documentation, and communication skills.
Work Experience
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in a project coordination / project management .
Language Skills
Proficiency in English and Arabic language (written/spoken).
