Job Summery

The Senior Business Systems Analyst will be responsible for Driving the organization’s enterprise transformation journey from AS-IS assessment to TO-BE design and execution, with the ultimate objective of enabling a centralized management Control Tower. This senior role combines transformation leadership with advanced business systems analysis to ensure that processes, systems, data, KPIs, controls, risks, and execution plans are fully aligned. Serving as the vital bridge between internal stakeholders (including the Board, senior management, and cross-functional teams) and external stakeholders (such as vendors and consultants), the role successfully converts high-level strategy into practical execution through Jira management, measurable performance dashboards, ERP/Yardi optimizations, and rigorous governance controls.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the enterprise transformation program from AS-IS to TO-BE and ensure execution is measurable, governed, and time-bound.
  • Translate transformation objectives into initiatives, roadmaps, workstreams, milestones, deliverables, and accountable owners.
  • Coordinate with business departments to ensure adoption of the approved transformation plan and remove execution bottlenecks.
  • Prepare weekly executive reports covering progress, delays, key risks, decisions required, and escalation items.
  • Ensure that no process, system, or operational change is implemented outside the approved TO-BE design and change governance process.
  • Lead structured workshops with business users, executives, IT, vendors, and consultants to elicit, validate, and prioritize requirements.
  • Prepare Business Requirement Documents (BRDs), Functional Requirement Documents (FRDs), System Requirement Documents, process specifications, and Requirements Traceability Matrices (RTMs).
  • Ensure full traceability from business objectives to processes, systems, data, analytics, controls, and management insights.
  • Conduct gap analysis and impact analysis across processes, systems, data, controls, roles, and organizational capabilities.
  • Document AS-IS processes using the six required dimensions: workflow, system, data source, responsible role, SLA/actual time, and issues.
  • Support the design of TO-BE processes and Target Operating Model across leasing, property management, asset management, facility management, finance, HR, procurement, IT, and legal operations.
  • Define process ownership, RACI, approval points, control points, handoffs, and escalation paths.
  • Ensure the TO-BE design is practical, system-enabled, measurable, and ready for implementation.
  • Convert transformation outputs, meeting decisions, system improvements, and change requests into Jira tasks with clear owners, due dates, priorities, status, and deliverables.
  • Monitor Jira execution, overdue tasks, aging items, blocked items, and cross-department dependencies.
  • Ensure every initiative, meeting decision, and approved change has a traceable execution record in Jira.
  • Escalate non-compliance, repeated delays, or lack of ownership to the Head of Transformation & Business Excellence / Deputy CEO.
  • Lead the definition of business, system, data, and dashboard requirements for the management Control Tower.
  • Define core monitoring indicators including SLA, TAT, aging, overdue, bottlenecks, approval and rejection rates, productivity, risk status, compliance status, and benefits realization.
  • Coordinate integration and reporting requirements across Yardi, Jira, ClearPoint, Audit Runner, Power BI, HR systems, finance systems, and other enterprise platforms.
  • Ensure all Control Tower metrics are based on verified system data and clearly documented calculation logic, not assumptions.
  • Support Yardi and ERP improvement initiatives including requirements gathering, data mapping, workflow analysis, integration specifications, testing, and adoption.
  • Act as the liaison between business users, IT, system integrators, consultants, and vendors.
  • Support UAT planning, test scenarios, issue tracking, user readiness, and post-implementation stabilization.
  • Identify system underutilization, duplicate work, manual workarounds, and opportunities for automation or integration.
  • Ensure all transformation initiatives comply with governance, risk, internal audit, data protection, and change management requirements.
  • Coordinate with GRC / Audit Runner to register transformation risks, controls, issues, and action plans where required.
  • Prepare analysis and recommendations for the Change Committee and ensure approved changes are implemented through the authorized process.
  • Support policy, RACI, delegation of authority, and control alignment with the approved operating model.
  • Define KPIs, SLAs, OKRs, performance baselines, and benefits realization metrics for transformation initiatives and business processes.
  • Document each KPI with definition, calculation logic, data source, owner, frequency, and reporting method.
  • Coordinate with BI teams to develop executive dashboards and operational reports using Power BI or equivalent tools.
  • Analyze performance gaps and recommend corrective actions, automation opportunities, process improvements, and accountability measures.

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Engineering, Computer Science, Real Estate, Finance, or a related discipline.

Experience

  • Minimum 6–8 years of experience in business analysis, digital transformation, ERP implementation, process improvement, enterprise architecture, or enterprise transformation programs.
  • Practical experience in real estate, property management, asset management, finance operations, or shared services is preferred.

Preferred / Highly Desirable

  • IIBA CCBA, PMI-PBA, or EFQM Assessor
  • Lean Six Sigma Green Belt (minimum) or Black Belt (preferred)
  • TOGAF (Foundation or Practitioner) or ArchiMate
  • PMP, PRINCE2, Agile/Scrum, or Jira certifications
