Job Summary
Develop, maintain, and implement the OD Package across all 8 business units of the ADG Transformation Program, covering organizational charts, job descriptions, RACI matrices, Delegation of Authority (DOA), and compensation structures.
Provide workforce and capability data as input to the enterprise architecture metamodel in SPARX EA, and support the execution of the OD Package implementation across all group entities in alignment with EFQM guidelines and the approved transformation roadmap.
Key Roles & Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain the OD across all business units - covering organizational charts, job descriptions, RACI matrices, Delegation of Authority (DOA), and compensation structures.
- Provide labor cost and workforce data for Business Actors across all departments, including Remote / Location / Source Type / Actor Status classifications, as input to enterprise architecture modelling in SPARX EA.
- Map Business Roles to organizational units and sub-processes across all departments to support RACI matrix development and process-role alignment.
- Share skills-to-Business Actor mapping for all departments to support workforce capability modelling and competency profiling within the EA SPARX metamodel.
- Align employee objectives and KPIs with Business Roles for each department, providing structured input to the enterprise architecture model and governance frameworks.
- Support Phase 2 TO-BE design activities, including the implementation of EFQM Guidelines (target: 2 stars) across all business units in coordination with the Transformation Lead and EA team.
- Lead and support Phase 3 execution of the OD Package implementation (EX2) across all group entities in coordination with the Transformation Lead.
- Conduct organizational assessments and capability gap analyses to identify workforce development needs and priorities aligned with the transformation objectives.
- Facilitate workshops, focus groups, and stakeholder sessions to gather OD data and validate organizational structures, role profiles, and competency frameworks.
- Maintain centralized OD documentation, policies, and repositories, ensuring version control and alignment with governance standards and approved program procedures.
- Collaborate with the EA Lead and GRC team to ensure OD and people data are accurately reflected in SPARX EA models, architecture deliverables, and compliance reviews.
- Support program monitoring and reporting activities related to OD workstreams, including Jira ticket maintenance and contribution to monthly and weekly reporting.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organisational Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field. Master’s degree is an advantage.
- Professional certification in OD, HR, or Change Management (e.g. CIPD, SHRM, or equivalent) is preferred.
- Knowledge of the EFQM Excellence Model and its application in organizational design contexts.
- Strong understanding of OD methodologies, RACI frameworks, competency models, and DOA structures.
- Familiarity with enterprise architecture concepts and SPARX EA environments is an advantage.
- Proficiency in HR systems, documentation tools, and MS Office suite.
Work Experience
- Minimum 5–8 years of progressive experience in Organizational Development, HR Business Partnering, or a related function.
Language Skills
Proficiency in English and Arabic language (written/spoken).
