Role overview
Project Coordinator recruitment for a client in Dubai’s energy sector, focused on operations and maintenance services for power generation and desalinated water production.
The client operates across more than 10 countries and manages over 28,000 MW of power generation capacity and more than 5.3 million m³/day of desalinated water production.
Key responsibilities
- Support project execution from bidding through construction completion.
- Participate in technical evaluations, scope clarifications, and tender reviews.
- Coordinate site execution and contractor interfaces.
- Ensure compliance with project specifications, quality standards, and approved procedures.
- Review material procurement and vendor documentation for compliance.
- Provide on-site technical support and resolve construction issues.
- Develop and maintain S-curves and progress monitoring reports.
- Support project controls, reporting, and coordination meetings.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
- 3–6 years of end-to-end project execution experience, from tender submission through construction completion.
- Experience with tender preparation and technical submittals, coordinating with site teams, contractors, consultants, and clients.
- Ability to maintain accurate, audit-ready project documentation throughout the project lifecycle.
- Experience developing automated trackers and dashboards.
