Recruit an HR Manager for a client organization in Dubai operating in the F&B retail industry.
The client emphasizes service excellence, operational efficiency, and continuous improvement.
Responsibilities
- Develop HR strategies, workforce plans, organizational design, talent management, and aligned HR policies.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment, compensation and benefits design, market benchmarking, and performance management.
- Oversee payroll, salary disbursements, deductions, and Wage Protection System compliance.
- Renew company licenses and manage visa applications, renewals, and cancellations.
- Administer medical insurance, life insurance, and workmen’s compensation policies.
- Maintain ERP and HRMS systems and manage the Employee Self-Service portal.
- Generate HR reports on headcount, employee attrition, and payroll.
Requirements
- Master's degree in Human Resource Management.
- CIPD Level 5 qualification.
- Minimum 10–15 years of HR management experience in the F&B or retail sectors.
- Expertise in payroll, ERP systems, insurance management, and employee relations.
- Track record designing compensation and benefits programmes and managing HR digital transformation projects.
