E-commerce Specialist position on a 12-month project with a client pharmaceutical company based in Dubai.
The role manages e-commerce customers and commercial performance across KSA and the UAE.
Responsibilities
- Manage key e-commerce customer relationships and drive joint business plans.
- Own assigned account P&L and coordinate internal teams for aligned execution.
- Negotiate product listings, visibility, retail media, and trade terms.
- Improve product content and page quality to strengthen visibility and conversion.
- Monitor ratings, reviews, search performance, pricing, and availability.
- Plan and optimize retail media campaigns; manage budgets, invoicing, and performance reviews.
- Coordinate product submissions, launches, and promotional visibility.
- Track sales, stock, visibility, media investment, scorecards, and forecasts; resolve issues.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, or a related field.
- At least 5–7 years in e-commerce, digital commerce, or omnichannel roles.
- Proven GCC e-commerce account management experience, ideally in KSA and the UAE.
- FMCG, beauty, or consumer health experience is essential; OTC or e-pharmacy experience is an advantage.
- Strong knowledge of digital shelf management, retail media, and performance execution.
- Proficiency in platform analytics, Microsoft Excel, and performance dashboards.
- Strong stakeholder management, commercial acumen, and execution skills.
- Fluent English is required; Arabic is an advantage.
- The position is project-based for 12 months.
