E-commerce Specialist position on a 12-month project with a client pharmaceutical company based in Dubai.
Key responsibilities
- Manage key e-commerce customer relationships across KSA and the UAE.
- Drive joint business plans and own assigned account P&L.
- Coordinate internal stakeholders across finance, supply chain, marketing, and other functions.
- Negotiate listings, visibility, retail media, and trade terms.
- Improve product content, page quality, visibility, and conversion.
- Track ratings, reviews, search performance, pricing, and availability.
- Plan and optimize retail media campaigns across e-commerce platforms.
- Manage budgets, invoicing, performance reviews, product submissions, launches, and promotions.
- Track sales, stock, visibility, and media investment; maintain scorecards and forecasts and resolve issues.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, or a related field.
- At least 5–7 years of e-commerce, digital commerce, or Omnichannel experience.
- Proven GCC e-commerce account experience, ideally across KSA and the UAE.
- FMCG, beauty, or consumer health experience is essential; OTC or e-pharmacy experience is an advantage.
- Strong knowledge of digital shelf management, retail media, and performance-driven execution.
- Proficiency in platform analytics, Microsoft Excel, and performance dashboards.
- Strong stakeholder management, commercial acumen, and execution skills.
- Fluent English required; Arabic is an advantage.
