Project Coordinator
About This Role
Job Summary
Responsible for end-to-end project coordination from mock-up to final handover, ensuring timely execution, proper documentation, and client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage full project lifecycle: delivery, installation, testing & commissioning, and handover
- Coordinate with consultants, site teams, subcontractors, and internal departments
- Attend project meetings, visit all the ongoing projects.
- Plan and monitor material deliveries, site readiness, and installation schedules
- Oversee testing & commissioning and ensure all systems are operational
- Handle client coordination, snag closure, and final handover documentation
- Prepare and manage project documents, reports, and invoices
- Conduct regular site visits and attend coordination meetings
- Support AMC contracts, renewals, and payment follow-ups
- Provide technical support to teams, dealers, and customers
Skills & Requirements
- Strong coordination and site execution knowledge
- Good communication and stakeholder management
- Basic technical understanding of installation & commissioning
- Organized with strong documentation skills
- Proficient in MS Office
Preferred
- Experience in MEP / construction / appliances industry
- Familiarity with QA/QC processes and project documentation
