Job Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Project Coordinator to support the planning, execution, and delivery of ELV, lighting, and smart home projects in the UAE.

The ideal candidate will coordinate between sales, technical, site, and client teams to ensure smooth project execution, timely delivery, and high-quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

1. Project Coordination & Execution

Coordinate day-to-day project activities from initiation to completion

Support project planning, scheduling, and resource allocation

Ensure project milestones are met within agreed timelines

Follow up with internal teams and subcontractors for smooth execution

2. Client & Stakeholder Coordination

Act as the main point of contact between clients, consultants, and internal teams

Attend site meetings and assist in understanding project requirements

Communicate project updates, progress, and issues to stakeholders

Ensure client expectations are clearly understood and delivered

3. Technical & Site Support

Assist in reviewing technical drawings, BOQs, and project specifications

Coordinate with engineering and technical teams for installation and design requirements

Monitor site progress and ensure compliance with project scope and quality standards

Support in resolving on-site technical issues with relevant teams

4. Documentation & Reporting

Maintain proper project documentation, including drawings, approvals, and reports

Track project status, timelines, and material delivery schedules

Prepare weekly and monthly progress reports

Update project trackers and internal systems accurately

5. Procurement & Follow-ups

Coordinate with procurement team for material availability and delivery schedules

Follow up with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of materials

Assist in managing project-related logistics and site requirements

Requirements

2–3+ years of experience in ELV, lighting, smart home, or MEP project coordination

Strong understanding of low current systems is an advantage

Excellent communication and coordination skills

Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

Strong organizational and reporting skills

UAE experience preferred

Engineering or technical background is an advantage

Pay: AED4,500.00 - AED7,000.00 per month
