Overview
- Liaise and build relationships with customers to assist them with Hazardous Waste, general waste, recycling and Industrial Cleaning requirements.
- Supervise a team carrying out industrial cleaning and hazardous waste disposal.
- Manage equipment and vehicles relating to the scope of work to ensure compliance, safety and efficiency.
- Receiving the jobs from the client’s operation team based on the requests related to Hazardous and Non Hazardous Waste Generation.
- Evaluate the job request and arrange the facilities and resources
- Assistance with client’s Operations team with developing Task Risk Assessment for the High Risk activities
- Plan and schedule all jobs related to the Waste Generation and requests from the client’s operation
- According the schedule coordinate with client’s Operation team and planner to Organize the permits
- Ensure all Facilities, Permits, Equipment and Manpower comply with the Client’s HSE & Operation protocol and regulations,
- Prepare the Operation Daily report, indicating the Attendance, Daily Equipment’s availability, Type and Quantity Waste collected in Various Plant Area.
- Monitor and manage the Client’s Internal Hazardous Waste collection in Various areas of the plant
- Coordinate with disposal site to arrange the schedule and prepare the permits for disposing different types of Hazardous Waste according to the generation of waste by operations
- Prepare the Pre Approval in Quarterly Hazardous Waste disposal documents in as per site Protocol,
- Monthly report preparation of Non Hazardous & Hazardous Waste and submit to Client HSE and client’s Operation according the request,
- Hazardous waste inventory preparation for Client
- Monitoring the all monthly activity and prepare the Accrual for Clients expenditure
- Prepare the Monthly Statistics report as per the Client's HSE requirements
- Prepare the Monthly Summary documents and get the approval for Invoicing
- Monitoring all types of Pass for Staff and Equipment’s as well Client’s internal and external training related to the Client Protocol.
- Support and Evaluated the Sump and Pit cleaning activities and arrange the resources and schedule for cleaning as per operation request
- Schedule and organize the support documents for Collection Hazardous Waste
- Supervision of all site activities.
- Monitor resource levels to ensure sufficient manpower and equipment is available to complete clients requirements.
- Support business development tender process in terms of developing technical documents related to industrial cleaning and hazardous waste disposal.
- Plan subordinates' work schedule and leave/off days to agreed levels to ensure continuity of business, ensure employees take leave in line with UAE labour law and return from leave on time.
- Follow company procedures for emergencies, vehicle damage etc.
- Undertake inspections of subordinates. Follow up on the preventive and / or corrective actions identified during the inspections and monitor the timely closing of the actions.
- Pay: AED5,000.00 per month
