A leading Interior Design & Fit-Out company in the UAE is urgently hiring an experienced **MEP Project Coordinator / Project Manager** to oversee and manage high-end interior and MEP projects.
Candidates with strong GCC experience and immediate availability are preferred.
Job Details
- Position: MEP Project Coordinator / Project Manager
• Industry: Interior Design & Fit-Out
- Experience Required: 5–10+ Years in UAE/GCC
- Salary: AED 8,000 – AED 10,000
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and supervise all MEP-related activities on project sites
- Manage project schedules, execution plans, and daily site operations
- Ensure projects are completed within deadlines and approved budgets
- Coordinate with consultants, contractors, suppliers, and clients
- Review drawings, specifications, and technical documentation
- Monitor quality control, safety compliance, and project standards
- Handle manpower planning, subcontractor coordination, and material management
- Prepare progress reports and resolve technical/site-related issues
Requirements
- Minimum 5–10 years of MEP project experience in the UAE or GCC
- Strong knowledge of Interior Fit-Out and MEP systems
- Excellent project coordination and leadership skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
- Strong communication and problem-solving abilities
