Project Coordinator

Job Location (Short): Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates

In this role, individuals support the Program Director and Project Managers in coordinating project delivery across complex, multi-stakeholder environments typical of the Middle East region.

Projects may include enterprise software implementations for different lines of business.

The Project Coordinator acts as a central point of coordination, ensuring alignment of activities, visibility of progress, and smooth communication across all stakeholders.

The role focuses on supporting planning, tracking, reporting, and governance activities to enable successful project delivery within scope, time, and quality expectations.

Success in this role requires strong adaptability, cultural awareness, and the ability to operate in complex environments with multiple stakeholders, tight timelines, and high expectations on delivery quality and responsiveness.

A degree in Engineering, Business, or IT provides a solid foundation for project management roles.

Industry-recognized certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, or CAPM, IPMA validate structured project management knowledge and practices.
