Role Description

This is a full time, on site role for a Project Coordinator cum Document Controller based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The role involves managing project documentation, coordinating with diverse internal teams and external stakeholders, organizing schedules, tracking project progress, and ensuring proper document storage and retrieval. The individual will assist in maintaining compliance with project timelines, support the planning and execution of project activities, and ensure all documentation standards are met.

Qualifications

• Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle project documentation and ensure proper storage, retrieval, and version control
• Proficiency in coordinating with internal teams, stakeholders, and vendors to ensure smooth project progress
• Advanced abilities in managing project schedules, tracking milestones, and meeting deadlines
• Experience in documentation and compliance processes within a project-oriented environment
• Proficiency in relevant software tools and platforms for project management and document control
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
• Prior experience in construction, design, and project management industries is an advantage
• Relevant degree or certification in Project Management, Business Administration, or a related field
