We’re looking for a Project Coordinator to join our team and support the end-to-end execution of key projects across the organization.

In this role, you’ll work closely with project managers, teams, and stakeholders to ensure that every project runs smoothly — from planning to delivery. You’ll manage timelines, track progress, and keep all moving parts aligned for successful outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and monitor day-to-day project activities
• Assist in developing project plans, timelines, and reports
• Facilitate communication between teams and departments
• Maintain project documentation and ensure timely updates
• Track project progress, risks, and dependencies
• Prepare project presentations and updates for leadership
• Support project governance and ensure alignment with internal standards

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Project Management, or a related field
• 3–5 years of experience in a project coordination role
• Strong understanding of project management practices and tools
• Proficiency in tools such as MS Project, Jira, or Primavera
• Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Fluent in English (Arabic is a plus)
