Role Description
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to join our team onsite at our location in the Riyadh Region. This is a full-time role, and the Project Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating and managing all project activities, ensuring that project timelines and deliverables are met. Day-to-day tasks include scheduling project meetings, monitoring project progress, communicating updates with stakeholders, preparing reports, and addressing any issues that arise. Collaboration with cross-functional teams and ensuring proper resource allocation are critical to this role.
Qualifications
- Project Coordination and Management skills, including scheduling and overseeing project timelines
- Strong Communication and Stakeholder Management skills
- Proficiency in Documentation, Report Preparation, and Organizational Skills
- Proven ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
- Proficiency in Project Management tools and software
- Problem-Solving and Conflict Resolution skills
- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
- Educational background in Business Administration, Project Management, or related fields
- Previous experience in the manufacturing or construction industry is a plus
