About the Role

Project Controls Engineer

Planning & Scheduling

• Develop, maintain, and update detailed project schedules using industry-standard planning software.
• Prepare baseline schedules, recovery schedules, and look-ahead programs.

Cost Control & Performance Monitoring

• Support project cost control processes, including budget monitoring and forecasting.
• Track project performance against approved budgets and schedules.

Reporting & Project Controls

• Prepare weekly and monthly project controls reports for senior management.
• Develop project dashboards, KPIs, and performance metrics.

Stakeholder Coordination

• Coordinate with project managers, design consultants, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure accurate project reporting.
• Participate in project review meetings and progress workshops.

Qualifications and Experience Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 8–12 years of project controls, planning, or project management experience.
• Demonstrated experience in hospital, healthcare, medical facility, or large healthcare campus projects.
• Experience in major infrastructure projects such as utilities, roads, power, water, wastewater, site development, or transportation infrastructure.
• Strong understanding of project controls methodologies, planning, scheduling, cost control, and risk management.
• Experience through multiple project phases, including design, procurement, construction, testing, commissioning, and handover.
