About This Role
**We’re Hiring: Treasury (Assistant Manager / Manager / Senior Manager)
Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE
We are seeking an experienced Treasury professional to join our team in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in funding, cash management, banking relationships, and project finance within the GCC region.
Key Responsibilities:
* Support funding requirements with local, regional, and international banks
* Work with advisors, lead arrangers, and Export Credit Agencies (ECAs) on financing requirements
* Manage bank facilities, debt drawdowns, repayments, and financial covenants
* Oversee daily cash positions, cash flow forecasting, and bank balances
* Streamline banking operations, account openings, and signatory requirements
* Evaluate excess cash investment opportunities
* Monitor project payments and coordinate with internal teams across multiple countries
* Support financial risk management (FX, interest rates, commodities)
* Analyze financial statements, KPIs, forecasts, and new investment opportunities
* Maintain strong banking relationships and prepare treasury reports
Requirements:
* Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
* MBA/Master’s, ACT, or CFA is a plus
* 8+ years of experience in treasury, corporate finance, or corporate banking in the GCC (UAE preferred)
* Strong knowledge of project finance, debt structuring, trade finance, and capital markets
* Real estate/construction experience is an advantage
* Fluency in Arabic and English
* Strong analytical, financial modeling, and communication skills
