Join a Mace team delivering an ultra-luxury residential and hospitality project with significant civil and infrastructure scope.
Collaborate with renowned architects and global consultants.
Manage integrated project controls across planning, cost, risk, change and reporting from design through construction.
Responsibilities
- Manage programmes, budgets, risks, change controls and project-controls delivery across assigned commissions.
- Monitor milestones, identify delivery issues and mitigation actions, and provide expert guidance on cost, schedule, risk and change.
- Prepare performance reports to support client decisions and maintain project governance with clients, consultants and project teams.
- Build client relationships, develop team capability, mentor teams and promote continuous improvement.
- Promote safety, wellbeing and sustainability; proactively identify and manage carbon emissions and reductions.
Requirements
- Relevant degree or equivalent, with progress towards recognised chartership and ongoing professional development.
- Consultancy experience delivering high-value, complex projects or programmes.
- Strong planning, analytical, communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Sound knowledge of relevant legislation and commitment to health, safety and wellbeing.
- Ability to meet Saudi Arabia visa requirements.
