Responsibilities
- Lead planning, scheduling, cost control, progress measurement, risk management, change management, and project reporting.
- Establish project control plans, procedures, and project execution plans; identify and develop the project control team.
- Develop L2, L3, and L4 schedules, project-control templates, and engineering, procurement, and construction registers.
- Coordinate with engineering, procurement, and construction teams and develop KPI templates for regular updates.
- Lead project risk reviews and mitigation plans; prepare delay analysis, time impact analysis, and extensions of time as needed.
- Conduct critical path analysis, develop mitigation and recovery plans, and escalate critical activities for timely action.
- Coordinate project-control matters with clients and participate in internal, client, and vendor progress meetings.
- Prepare management presentations and submit client reports on time.
- Monitor subcontractor mobilization and performance against planned work progress.
- Monitor and analyze project progress, efficiency, and use of mobilized resources.
Qualifications and experience
- Bachelor of Technology (BTech) is listed as the minimum qualification.
- Required experience: 15–20 years.
- Strong understanding of project management principles, budget management, and risk analysis.
- Ability to lead and motivate teams.
