Planning and scheduling
- Develop the baseline programme in accordance with contract requirements and prepare its accompanying method statement.
- Create submittal and approval, procurement, subcontractor appointment, resource, cash flow, progress, and major plant schedules.
- Develop 15-day and 30-day look-ahead programmes.
- Integrate subcontractor programmes with the baseline programme and project requirements.
Progress and project controls
- Monitor and record site progress, update the baseline programme, and maintain as-built records comparing planned and actual progress.
- Track earned value using cost-loaded programmes and maintain time management systems for contract operations.
- Prepare progress and productivity reports and maintain site photographs.
- Advise the Project Manager on slippages and recommend corrective actions.
Coordination and claims
- Support Extension of Time claims with delay analysis and supplementary documents under senior planning staff guidance.
- Coordinate submittals, approvals, project information, subcontractor follow-ups, meetings, suppliers, and other departments.
Preferred qualifications
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Six years of construction-site experience preferred.
Pay
- AED 10,000–15,000 per month.

- Work is in person.
